The undergraduate Strength & Conditioning major at 好色先生TV University is one of only two majors in the Midwest region recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and also as an Education Recognition Program within the 8 state聽region.聽The ERP recognizes and distinguishes schools that prepare聽students for NSCA certification exams.聽Our program combines practical, real world instruction with a challenging academic curriculum. With a foundation in the basic sciences, you鈥檒l learn about physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and nutrition and how each contributes to improving human performance.

At ONU, you鈥檒l receive in-depth training using the latest technology and machines in our state-of-the-art Strength and Conditioning lab in the King Horn Sports Center and Dial Roberson Stadium. Under the guidance of your professors, you鈥檒l develop performance strategies and programs for Northern鈥檚 top notch NCAA Division III athletes, working with the athletes one-on-one. Additionally, you鈥檒l complete and internship that is required of all Strength & Conditioning students. ONU Strength & Conditioning students have completed internships at the聽 The Ohio State University, The University of Oregon, the Cincinnati Bengals, University of Florida, T3 Fitness, EXOS, University of Wisconsin, Ole Miss University and many High Schools throughout Ohio.

Upon graduation, you鈥檒l be prepared to sit for national certification exams like those offered by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. You鈥檒l have the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in graduate school or in a wide variety of professional careers in strength and conditioning.

Our students have been accepted into graduate programs at schools like The Ohio State University, Ball State University, Ohio University, Kennesaw State University, Central Oklahoma University and Indiana University at Bloomington. They鈥檝e also launched careers with organizations like the Cincinnati Bengals, and at Universities like Alabama, Indiana, Michigan State, and Findlay. Some have even gone on to own their own facilities in the private sector. The possibilities are endless!
